Lincoln based communications provider Bluecube have successfully installed cloud based voice services in to the iconic Walkie Talkie building in London’s evolving city skyline.

Bluecube Telecommunications are a growing communications provider based in the city of Lincoln. The company that provide voice, mobile & internet services to the business market are about to move to larger offices due to expansion.

Bluecube recently won and implemented the contract to provide hosted (cloud) voice services to a large financial services company based at 20 Fenchurch Street in London, better known as the Walkie Talkie building.

We provide this kind of solution to businesses of all sizes and all over the UK, but to win this particular contract with a large London based financial company against fierce competition was very pleasing – Paul Reames, founder and Managing Director at Bluecube Telecommunications Limited

“Deploying any kind of service in to a building with security measures and strict procedures like 20 Fenchurch Street would be challenging, but getting the internet services in where multiple engineer visits are required was particularly tricky” he added “our team worked very hard to ensure that the client had what they needed on time”.

Bluecube are quickly becoming leaders in next generation communication solutions within the region and are adding local businesses and businesses from across the United Kingdom to their growing customer base.

Senior Business Development Manager at Bluecube, Philip Little, is organising an event highlighting the increasing uptake in cloud based services by businesses of all sizes. “We’re extremely proud of this latest win against competition from all over the UK and it certainly proves that Lincoln has some real expertise in hosted communications. The “Time to bin the tin?” event we are hosting at our Lincoln HQ is to educate local business on how the cloud can change their organisations for the better.
