Another recent client relocation undertaken by Bluecube was the office move for London based Agatha Christie Limited.
Agatha Christie Limited is the media company behind all things to do with the late, great author. When the company moved to new offices near Covent Garden last autumn, Bluecube were contracted to set up voice services for the company at their new HQ.
Bluecube worked in partnership with Agatha Christie Limited’s 3rd party IT support company to implement hosted voice services and install the new system within the agreed timescales.
Upon full implementation of the new services, Bluecube delivered on site training and gave the client access to the Bluecube’s 24/7 service desk.
An on-site professional installation means that a member of the Bluecube team will visit site for a day to ensure all services are set up to the client’s full specification.
